Rules & Etiquette
General
- The court is available from 8:00 until 11:00am -- and then is closed down for routine daily maintenance -- and is open again from 3:00 until 11:00pm -- 7 days a week.
- Proper tennis shoes must be worn; meaning the soles of your tennis shoes must be completely flat (no ridges or holes) – remember: it’s a clay court.
- You can book as often as you like – on whatever days you want – for however many hours you want – at any time you want. Bookings made for anytime within the immediate 7 days following may be paid for on the day of play. However, any bookings for more than 7 days in advance must be paid for in advance. Bookings can be for fixed times & days. For example, every Friday at so & so time for 2 weeks, or a month, or a year – whatever.
- Players who cancel on the same day as their reservation or late night the previous day must still pay the court fees unless we have an opportunity to fill the slot with another booking. We will let you know status of that cancellation by the following day.

Please note that NO booking is firm until confirmed by Jimmy Roland.
Court Etiquette
You must stop playing 5 minutes before your time is up - staff will then immediately re-sweep the court and the lines. This takes about 5-7 minutes and is done so it is prep'd and ready for next players. A staff member will signal players at the 5 minute mark – and at that point all play must stop immediately. For players coming onto court for next session, please wait for them to finish sweeping before going on the court to warm-up.
For those finishing their match, please extend this courtesy to the staff and allow them to finish grooming before trying to pay for court time, drinks, etc.
